StudioSync provides studio management software that dance studios use to run registration, scheduling, attendance, billing, and communication with their families and staff. This policy explains how StudioSync handles information on the StudioSync platform.
Studios control their own information
Each studio decides what information it collects about its students, families, and staff, and StudioSync processes that information on the studio's behalf to provide the service. Each studio's own privacy policy and SMS terms are linked from that studio's pages and text-alert sign-up screens. Questions about a particular studio's use of your information are best sent to that studio.
How StudioSync uses and shares information
StudioSync uses information only to provide, secure, and support the service for studios. We do not sell personal information. We share it only with service providers that host the platform or deliver payments, email, and text messages for it, who may use it only to provide those services, and when required by law.
SMS/text messaging
We do not sell or share your SMS opt-in data or personal information with third parties for marketing purposes.
No mobile information will be shared with third parties/affiliates for marketing/promotional purposes. All the above categories exclude text messaging originator opt-in data and consent; this information will not be shared with any third parties.
Text messages are sent only to people who opt in with the studio. Reply STOP to any message to opt out, or HELP for help.
Security and retention
We use reasonable administrative, technical, and physical safeguards to protect information, and keep it for as long as a studio uses StudioSync or as needed to meet legal obligations.
