These Terms of Service govern use of the StudioSync platform by studios and by the families and staff who use it through a studio.
Using StudioSync
You agree to provide accurate information, keep your sign-in details secure, and use StudioSync only to manage studio enrollment, scheduling, attendance, billing, and communication. Studios are responsible for the content they send through StudioSync and for having the consent the law requires to contact their families and staff.
SMS Terms
Studios can send text alerts through StudioSync to people who opt in. Each studio's text alert program has its own SMS terms, linked from its sign-up screen, covering what is sent, message frequency, and how to opt out. Message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP to any message to opt out, or HELP for help. Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages. See our Privacy Policy.
Changes to these terms
We may update these terms from time to time. The effective date above shows the latest version.
